1 What are the most common systems you use?

You name it, we’ve used it. We’re software takers and fit in with your existing Tech Stack. Common current Workpaper Systems being used include Xero, Smart Workpapers and of course customised client specific Excel Workpapers. In terms of Practice Management we see a lot of Xero; MYOB AE; Handi and FYI Docs.

2 How long does it take to get started with actual work?

Once we’ve organised software access, we typically can start work within 48 hours. We scope expectations; workflow and process during the sales process and so once we’re signed, we’re able to commence right away.

3How much experience will my team member have?

Our Accountants are part of existing team structures with a Team Leader, the outcomes you can expect out of a Full-Resource (FTE Accountant) will be equivalent to a typical 2-3 year experienced Australian Accountant.

4 What happens if things aren't quite right?

We will work with you to find out what isn’t working and suggest solutions. That may include reviewing processes, scope and the allocated staff.

We also have clear notice periods and will provide excellent service up until your last day.

5 Who do you work with?
